Apply by selecting the corresponding button to the preferred unit. Application fee is $49.99 and paid via RentSpree application portal. Please review tenant selection criteria. All applicants 18 years and older must submit a separate application. After completion of the application, email the following to leasing@thetablebrokerage.com.

  • Government Issued Identification

  • Social Security Card to be provided in person after approval and prior to lease signing

  • Last 4 paystubs, offer letter, and latest tax return for self employed applicants

  • Bank Statements for self-employed applicants

  • Pet documentation (vaccination records and Emotional Support Animal records)

  • Co-signer/guarantor documents (if income/credit is insufficient)

  • Proof of enrollment (for students)

For applicants applying with a co-signer/guarantor, apply to the same link by selecting the corresponding button to the preferred unit.

If the selected unit button is not present, the unit has been leased or has an approved application. Approved applications will have a hold for 24 hours after approval for tenant deposit payment and acceptance. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours of approval, the specific unit will be placed back on the market.
